Case 3

A 45-year-old lady with left sided chest pain

A 45-year-old woman presents to the ED complaining of left sided chest pain. She has had this pain for 1 day. It is sharp in nature and worse with inspiration. There is no radiation. She is a non-smoker. There are no symptoms of note on systems review.

On examination, she was tachycardic with a heart rate of 150bpm. Blood pressure was normal. The rest of the examination was unremarkable.

The nurse shows you an ECG.

What does her ECG show?
