Candidate Information Survey (anonymous)

The purpose of this survey is to collect information about your language experience and training. It is an anonymous survey, so you don’t need to give your name or any other personally identifying details. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and will give me an idea of the general profile of the people who take this test.
