Our research projects
Our group members have conducted various research projects related to creative writing:
1. Project by Alan Maley, looking at the effect of creative writing on language teachers and language teacher educators

2. Project by Tan Bee Tin, examining the role creative writing plays in language learning ( The project investigates language learning opportunities and affordances offered by creative writing activities in EFL / ESL classrooms, using a group of students in Indonesia (2007-2009). The project was funded by the University of Auckland. Some outputs of the project are given below:
