Make sure you eat well. Your brain needs fuel, too. Try to eat before your exam.

Whilst caffeine may keep you alert and awake, too much can make you jittery and nervous. Start studying early and if you're feeling tired, maybe try to get a good night's sleep. |

Exercise is a great way to relieve stress and relax. Incorporate exercise into your breaks, but avoid using it as a means to procrastinate! |

Take time out to relax. If you're feeling anxious or nervous about exams, take some time out to practise getting into a relaxed state. Try some simple breathing exercises or visualising performing well in your exams. |

Sleep is important. A good night's sleep will help you feel energised and focused when you're studying and sitting your exams.

Sick of sitting at your desk? Go for a quick walk around the block or the park to refresh.
