Generally opioids should be completely avoided in chronic, non-cancer pain
The Good and the Bad!
- Morphine relieves pain
- It doesn’t KILL Pain
- It helps people cope
- More people die from medically prescribed opioids in America than on the roads
- Morphine stops people breathing if used incorrectly
- Morphine makes people vomit
- Morphine makes people itch
- Morphine makes people constipated
