Photoshop: Getting Started
Licence
UoA has an Enterprise Licence Agreement with Adobe for the Design Premium Suite for all Windows and Mac machines owned or leased by UoA. This includes Photoshop CS5 Extended.
For work:
- Contact the ITS Service Desk (85100) or faculty IT for installation on your University computer.
For home
- You can purchase a "Work at home" package and install a single copy (only on your own computer).
(NB: This is CS5NOT the CS5.5 installed on University computers.) - This does not mean you own a full licence. You should only use it for university work related purposes and should remove it if you leave the University.
- You can buy it at IC Helpdesk, Level 2, Kate Edger Information Commons, City Campus. Each media kit costs $60.00. You will need to show your staff ID and sign the Adobe Use Terms form.
- If you can't get to the IC Helpdesk, you can email the help desk.
