Once you've put the finishing touches on your project you'll want to deploy the completed content into your website, onto YouTube, or make it available as a stream via the University media servers. To do this Adobe Captivate 6 offers a range of publishing options with various template settings and a certain amount of customisation if needed.
- Once all edits are completed in your Captivate 6 file, click Save.
- Go to File > Publish. From the pop-up Publishing menu, click Browse and navigate to the folder you will save the published file. Select desired output formats - make sure to also select ZIP file format.
- Click Publish.
