CyberACLS

Introduction

Welcome to the online Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support  course CyberACLS

Learning to perform Advanced Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (ACLS) is an interactive process that requires both knowledge and skill. This web course will give you the necessary background as a pre-course preparation. It is based on the current 2015 guidelines of the New Zealand and Australian Resuscitation Councils.

After completing this web session, you are prepared to exercise this knowledge on appropriate simulation manikins as the last phase in this course. The later hands-on practice will be held at The Simulation Centre for Patient Safety (SCPS), Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences Building 502, Basement (Level B)

At the end of this review, I would encourage you to practice the MCQ self-assessment to test your knowledge on this subject.

Please note:

For Recertification courses, participants are expected to have already completed a full ACLS course in the past three years and are required to read the ACLS material from the recommended books (or the online course).
