- LLS staff will:
- Understand the difference between WAH software and software installed on University computers
- Use the “Student WAH software cheat sheet” to:
- Familiarise themselves with student WAH software
- Provide students with accurate information regarding student WAH software
- Use “What students see”:
- Assist students with enquiries when using the student WAH software portal
- Direct students to IT Essentials to search information about software installed on University computers
- Use the “Staff WAH software cheat sheet” to:
- Familiarise themselves with staff WAH software
- Provide staff with accurate information regarding staff WAH software
- Use “What staff see” to:
- Assist staff with enquiries when using the Staff work at home software portal
- Direct staff to the Staff Intranet to search information about software installed on University computers
- Encourage students to be self-directed learners by:
- Navigating through University and vendor websites for help and support
- Collaborating with colleagues for help and support
- Use internet searches to find help and training
- Encourage staff to be self-directed learners by:
- Navigating through University and vendor websites for help and support
- Collaborating with colleagues for help and support
- Using the internet searches to find help and training
- Contact the Staff Service Centre or Faculty/Division IT for help and support
- Provide guidance to students and staff regarding computer/repair for non-University computers/devices
