Unlimited nesting/branching

Unlimited nesting of elements, all container elements( for example Hide/Show, Styled Freetext box, Layout, Sequential content, Nestable Accodrion, Tab etc) will have an option to add nested elements no matter at what depth.

Could also be used for branching of scenarios,  follow up questions within hide/show to prompot further activities etc. ( Use Hide/Show container for branching of each scenario )
